Reply HELP to a CareMate Monitor message for assistance or use the contact information above. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Account and access
Confirm that you are using the same email address that received a caregiver invitation. Invitation links expire after seven days and can be recreated by the recipient account.
Reminder records
CareMate Monitor records confirmations but cannot verify that medication was swallowed or taken correctly. If a record looks wrong, follow the pharmacy label and contact the appropriate caregiver or clinician.
Accessibility
Larger text and higher contrast are available from Display & accessibility. The native app also respects device-level text and accessibility settings.
Delete an account
Open Today, expand Account & data, and choose Delete my account and data. Password confirmation is required. This action cannot be undone.
Technical support
Report reproducible technical problems by email or phone using the contact information above. Do not include medication names, personal health information, passwords, or invitation links.
Urgent help
CareMate Monitor is not an emergency service and does not monitor users continuously. For an emergency, contact local emergency services. For medication questions, contact a clinician or pharmacist.
