Using CareMate Monitor

Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in credentials, and use CareMate Monitor only for lawful personal care coordination. Users are responsible for the information they enter and for confirming that invited caregivers and recipients are authorized to access a care household.

Not medical or emergency care

CareMate Monitor provides reminders and shared records. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, replace instructions from a clinician or pharmacy, guarantee that a reminder will be delivered, or provide emergency monitoring. Call emergency services when immediate help may be needed.

SMS messaging program

Users may opt in to CareMate Monitor verification codes, medication and appointment reminders, missed-schedule notifications, and care-coordination alerts by entering a mobile number in the authenticated application and completing verification. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to resubscribe after opting out. Reply HELP for help or visit the CareMate Monitor support page. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Users must have authority to enroll the mobile number they provide.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew for the billing interval selected at checkout until canceled. Users can manage billing from the application. Plan limits and available features may vary by plan. Cancellation takes effect according to the billing information shown when the subscription is managed.

Availability and changes

CareMate Monitor may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe use, or when needed to protect users, service providers, or the service. Users may delete their account from Account & data settings.

Disclaimer and limitation

CareMate Monitor is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted reminders, notifications, SMS delivery, or caregiver response. CareMate Monitor is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on reminders or user-entered records.
